Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel a paid BugClip subscription at any time from your dashboard or by emailing billing@aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of your first paid charge, email us for a full refund of that charge. Renewal charges are non-refundable once the new period has begun, but you may cancel to avoid future charges.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe within 5–7 business days.

Taxes

Indian customers are charged applicable GST; tax-inclusive invoices with our GSTIN are provided for every payment.
